Desired Outcome: You receive the ability to control devices (like TVs, air conditioners, and more) that has a normal IR (Infrared) remote control from your smartphone using an IR bridge.
How to get it done:

Select and Download the CONTROLLER: We use the Tuya Smart App for this example. Or you can choose your own controller from here (ensure it is capable of achieving the desired automation).
- Download the Tuya Smart app.

Select the SENSOR:
- Type: IR Bridge.
- We use the Tuya IR Bridge in this example. Note: Any IR bridge compatible with your controller app will work.
- You can browse different types of IR bridges from here.

Select the DEVICE:
- This will be your IR-controlled device (e.g., TV, air conditioner, etc.).
- No need to do any extra step here; just ensure the device is in range of the IR bridge.

Automate using the controller app:
- Open the controller app.
- Add the IR Bridge: Ensure the IR bridge is in pairing mode.
- Click "Add Device" and you should be able to add the IR bridge.
- Follow the app instructions to link your IR devices.
- Create a scene or automation to control your IR devices through the app.
- Click on "Create Scene."
- Select the IR bridge as the device to control.
- Choose the desired command (e.g., turn on/off, change channel, adjust temperature).
- Save and test your automation.

- Ensure the IR bridge is placed in a location where it has a clear line of sight to the IR devices you want to control.

- Test the IR bridge with all your IR devices to ensure it works correctly with each one.
